Ground buffalo is made generally from lean meat and trimmings from round, chuck, loin, flank, neck, or shank. It is ground mechanically and this is our lean mix with only 10% fat. Ground buffalo is usually prepared by broiling, pan broiling, pan frying, roasting or baking. May be used in a variety of recipes and cooking methods. U.S. raised grass-fed buffalo.
