We really encourage folks to call with their questions and even to place orders. But if no one answers the phone, please leave a message. We are not a call center and someone can't always be right by the phone. From Sunday to Friday the office is staffed full-time. On Saturdays the office is staffed part-time some days. So don't be surprised when a message isn't answered until the following day.
Most likely your call will be answered by Betty, Angela, Logan, or Carolyn. They are not computers nor are they stationed thousands of miles away in a foreign country. They work in the office located on the ranch where they often observe cattle, deer, wild pigs, chickens and other wildlife in the lush pastures. Of utmost importance, they are real people with a genuine desire to help you with your questions or orders.
