One boneless roast.
An economical boneless buffalo roast that looks like tenderloin but it is less tender. If cooked improperly it can become slightly tough and dry. However, it's a great dollar-stretcher that can be prepared in the crock pot or carefully roasted for optimum flavor. Properly prepared (roasted to an internal temperature of 135 degrees) this roast will be well received if sliced thin when served. Use buffalo fat or thinly-sliced suet (which may be purchased from our store) to cover the roast while it is cooking to improve flavor and even nutrition. U.S. raised grass-fed buffalo.
