Buffalo baby back ribs come from the sixth to twelfth ribs and are sold in 5- to 7-rib slabs. They have some meat and the long rib bones are an adventure to eat. Grill or roast the whole slab, then cut them into individual ribs to serve. Serving size is between one-half to one pound per person. U.S. raised grass-fed buffalo.
