One boneless grass-fed roast
An economical boneless roast that looks like tenderloin, but it is not nearly as tender. It's a great dollar-stretcher that can be prepared in the crock pot or carefully roasted for optimum flavor. Properly prepared (roasted to an internal temperature of 135 degrees) it will be well received if sliced thin when served. If cooked improperly, this roast can be slightly tough and dry. We suggest you purchase beef fat or suet to slice thin and cover the roast while it is cooking to improve flavor and enhance nutrition. U.S. raised grass-fed beef.
