1.  Manage Product's Categories: 

 

(1.1) Go to the 'Catalog' -> Categories"

(1.2) After click on 'Categories', You will see the screen like this

 

Here you need to add all the details, like category name, image, description etc. If you need to add subcategory just click on the category(left side category listing) and then click on 'Add Subcategory'. please check below image.

 

2.  Manage Products

(2.1) To manage the product, Go to 'Catalog -> Products'. 

(2.2) To Add/Edit Products click on 'Add Products' or 'Edit' for update the products.

(2.3) When you open the product by the above step, You will see the screen like this(check below)

 

Here you can add the details like Name, price, per pound price, quantity, description, images, etc. the 'limit per order' is also set from here only (Click on 'advance inventory' to set limit).

 

3. Manage Blog/Post

 

(3.1) Go to the 'Rokanthemes' -> Posts

(3.2) Add category

Go to the 'Rokanthemes' -> Categories'.

 

(3.3) Add/Edit post

Go to 'Rockanthemes -> Posts

 

 

 

 

4. Manage Pages

 

(4.1) Go to the 'Content' -> Pages

 

 

(4.2) All pages

You can see all pages here.

 

 

 

 

5. Manage Discounts

(5.1) Go to the 'Marketing -> cart price rule'

 

Here you can add a new discount rule or edit existing one.

 

 

(5.2) Add new discount

 

6 Quick Pricer

(6.1) Go to 'Zehntech-> Bulk Edit'

 

 

(6.2) Click on the Row you want to Edit.

 

 7.How to check and edit orders

(7.1) Go to 'Sales-> Orders'

 

(7.2) Click on view button for details, export order

8) How to Reindex Data

Use Reindex Data after saving the product for reflecting the changes to the website.

8.1) Go to SYSTEM from the sidebar and click on the link INDEX MANAGEMENT

8.2) Select the SELECT ALL option or check the all boxes (see the screenshot for reference)

8.3) Select the REINDEX DATA option from the Actions dropdown

8.4) Click on SUBMIT Button
