Corned beef brisket is a brisket cured in a brine solution and seasoned with spices. It has an assertive flavor, but is not overwhelming. Contains no nitrates. Braising or searing the meat and then slow cooking it in liquid are the most common cooking methods. It is fantastic in the crockpot with vegetables, especially cabbage and onions. Ingredients: Grass-fed beef brisket, water, sodium lactate, seasonings: (salt, sugar, garlic and spice extractives), sodium phosphate, seasonings:spices (including whole mustard seed & coriander), celery juice powder (celery powder, sea salt).
