Parmesan Sweet Potato Fries

A great, pleasing side dish that most folks can’t stop with one.

Ingredients:

2 Sweet Potatoes, cleaned and peeled
Macadamia Nut Oil
½ tsp seasoning salt
½ Tbsp. T-Coons Seasoning
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tablespoon garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried parsley
¼ c Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 450˚F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Cut sweet potatoes into thin sticks. Soak in water for one hour, drain and pat dry.
2. Combine all seasonings into a Ziplock bag. Drizzle sweet potatoes with macadamia nut oil. Then place the sweet potatoes into the Ziplock bag and shake to combine.
3. Place sweet potatoes on the lined sheet in a single layer, cut-side-down, and bake at 450˚F for 20 min. Then flip the sweet potatoes and bake another eight to 15 minutes or until sweet potatoes are crisp on the outside and tender inside.

Serve with your favorite Grass-fed Meat.
