Great flavorful side dish your family will enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 lbs fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped in half
3 Tbsp. Grass-fed Butter
1 red bell pepper cut into half moon shaped slivers
1 red onion cut into half moon shaped slivers
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ Lbs Omega-3 Pork bacon crispy crumbled
1 Tbsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1 Tbsp. T-Coons Seasoning
Feta cheese crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Put the green beans in a large skillet with water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until beans just start to soften, four to six minutes.
2. Drain and place beans on a plate and keep warm.
3. Cook bacon until crispy and cut into small pieces.
4. Add butter and stir until melted. Add onions and bell pepper. Cook until soft. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
4. Add garlic to the leftover butter and bacon grease; cook until tender and starting to brown. About three to four minutes.
5. Add green beans, onions and peppers. Season with lemon-pepper seasoning and salt add pepper add T-Coons and mix together to incorporate the seasonings into all vegetables.
6. Crumble the crispy bacon and feta cheese on top of the green bean mixture and serve with your favorite Grass-Fed meat.
