Spicy Bacon Chicken Wraps

A very tasty bacon chicken wrap appetizer with a nice spicy kick.

Ingredients:

3 to 4 large Omega-3 Chicken Breasts
Kosher salt
Black pepper
8 to 12 slices Omega-3 Pork Bacon
¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded
¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese
1-2 jalapeño seeded and diced
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt no sugar
2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast into two pieces and pound them thin.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides (optional: T-Coons seasoning or cayenne for added heat).
3. Remove the seeds and ribs from the jalapeno and dice it (use two jalapeno peppers if you like more heat).
4. Combine the cream cheese, cheddar, diced jalapeño, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, garlic and paprika together in a bowl.
5. Put a heaping tablespoon or two tablespoons of the filling mixture on each piece of chicken, and then spread evenly across the entire piece of chicken.
6. Roll up the flat pieces of chicken breast.
7. Wrap two to three slices of bacon around each piece of chicken and secure with toothpicks. Make sure the entire chicken breast is wrapped by the bacon.
8. Repeat for all of the pieces of chicken.
9. Air fry at 375̊ F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.
10. Remove all toothpicks before serving.
12. Oven method: Bake at 400̊ F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway. Use a wire rack on top of a sheet pan to mimic the air fryer. Broil for two to three minutes to crisp up the bacon.

Serve with your favorite side dish.

Enjoy.
