A great sauce for your Gyro or you can put on your salad.
Ingredients:
1 c plain Greek yogurt sugar free1 c shredded English cucumber1 lemon, zested + 1 Tbsp. juice1 Tbsp. macadamia nut oil1 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill1 clove garlic, minced¼ tsp salt¼ tsp pepper
Directions:
1. Shred the cucumber with a cheese grater. Zest and juice the lemon. Then chop the dill and garlic. Squeeze all juice out of your shredded cucumber.2. Set out a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the yogurt, shredded cucumber, lemon zest, one tablespoon lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, garlic, salt, and pepper.3. Puree he mixture.
