"Quick, tasty, and good for you too!"
Ingredients:
1 lb. Slanker 100% grass-fed beef salami
1/2 lb. Kerrygold cheddar cheese, thinly sliced
2 tsp. rendered suet, Kerrygold butter, or macadamia oil
T-Coon's "The Stuff!" to taste
Instructions:
Heat rendered suet, butter, or oil in large skillet set to low-to-medium heat. Add single slices of salami and heat the bottome about 2 minutes. Turn the slices and top each one with thin slices of cheese. As soon as the cheese is melted, the "san-wiches" are ready to eat. You will need to cook this in shifts. Or alterntely, you may place all the slices of salami on a greased cookie sheet and broil in oven at 400oF for 1 minute.
