Pork Tenderloin Roast with Honey Garlic Glaze

An incredibly flavorful dish that everyone will want seconds. It's moist and has a slight kick because of the red pepper flakes.

Ingredients:

2 - 3 lb Omega-3 Pork Tenderloin Roast cut into one-inch thick chops
1 tsp Macadamia Nut Oil
1 tsp Seasoning Salt

Sauce:
⅔ c Honey
½ c Omega-3 Chicken Broth
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 to 3 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
½ tsp Seasoning Salt
1½ Tbsp. Corn Starch
½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking dish.
2. Place tenderloins in baking dish, brush with macadamia nut oil and with seasoning salt.
3. Mix the honey, chicken broth, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, salt, corn starch, and red pepper flakes in separate bowl.
4. Pour sauce around pork tenderloin in pan.
5. Bake, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Remove from the oven and cover to rest for ten minutes.
7. Serve pork tenderloin with sauce and your favorite sides.

Slow cooker: Add the tenderloins and sauce and cook on low for three hours or until done.
