Garlic Lemon Pork Chops
My friends loved these garlic lemon butter pork chops! Seasoned Omega-3 Butterfly Pork Chops seared and finished off with garlic lemon butter sauce. Serve with your favorite side and salad.

Ingredients:

4 Omega-3 Butterfly Pork Chops or Bone in Pork Chops
1 Tbsp. Macadamia Nut oil
Seasoning salt
Lemon Pepper seasoning
4 Tbsp. Grass-Fed Butter (salted or unsalted)
2 Garlic Cloves, minced fine
4 Tbsp. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Lemon, thinly sliced optional
Salt and Pepper for taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Season the pork chops with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and seasoning salt on all sides.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add one tablespoon Macadamia Nut oil.
4. Place the chops into the pan and cook for two to three minutes, until golden brown on each side.
5. Place the pork onto oven-safe baking dish.
6. Return the skillet to the medium-low heat and add the butter. Once butter is melted add the garlic and cook until the garlic starts to turn brown.
7. Add the lemon slices (optional) and lemon juice. Cook for two to three minutes. Add seasoning salt and pepper for taste.
8. Pour the garlic lemon butter sauce over the pork chops in the baking dish.
9. Bake for eight to ten minutes. Remove from oven. When plating don't forget to add the sauce on top of the pork chops to add more flavor.

Serve with your favorite side dishes.

Enjoy.
