Baked Stuffed Pork Chops

Flavorful pork chops filed with great ingredients that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients:

4 Omega-3 Pork Butterfly Chops
Handful Baby Spinach
4 slices Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tomato sliced thinly
1 Tbsp. Macadamia Nut Oil
1 tsp Seasoning Salt
½ tsp T-Coons Seasoning
½ tsp Paprika
Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to bake on 450º F.
2. Drizzle chops with the oil, and rub with salt and spices.
3. Fill each pork chop with baby spinach, a slice of mozzarella cheese, and a couple slices of tomatoes.
4. Add pork chops to a baking tray, and bake in oven for 15 minutes at 400º F untill done.

Serve with your favorite side.
