Oven-Baked Rump Roast

A meal full of flavor that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients:

3 lb Grass-Fed Beef Rump Roast
1 c water
3 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp. T-Coons seasoning
1 Tbsp. fresh, finely-chopped rosemary (or 1 tsp dried rosemary crushed)
1 Tbsp. fresh, finely-chopped thyme (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ to ⅓ cup Macadamia Nut Oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
2. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, T-Coons, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper. Stir in the macadamia nut oil until well combined. Let sit for five to 10 minutes so the herbs soften and the oil takes on their flavor.
3. Rub the herb mixture all over the entire roast.
4. Place roast in roasting pan and cook for 30 minutes to brown the outside.
5. Reduce the oven temperature to 225°F, put the one cup of water in the roasting pan, and continue cooking for 1½ to two hours.
6. Remove the roast from the oven and cover with aluminum foil. Let the roast rest for 15 minutes before serving.Serve with your favorite side.
