Marinaded Pork Roast

A great flavorful marinade for pork or chicken that the entire family will enjoy.

Ingredients:

2 lbs Omega-3 Pork Loin Chops, Loin Roast, Shoulder Steak
    or 2 lbs whole Omega-3 Chicken or various parts
1 cup dry white wine (chicken) or red wine (pork)
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (pork) or white wine vinegar (chicken)
½ cup macadamia nut oil
1 tsp rosemary
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp marjoram
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
4 cloves of garlic smashed
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (pork) or white wine vinegar (chicken)
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
¼ cup honey

Directions:

1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a zip lock food storage bag. Shake bag to mix all ingredients up.
2. Add the meat to the marinade bag.
3. Do a light shake of bag to make sure marinade is on all pieces/sides.
4. Marinate for at least eight hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

1. Preheat oven to 425°(F). Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil, lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray, and set aside.
2. Place marinated meat on foil-lined sheet pan and place in oven at 425°(F) for 15 minutes.
5. After 15 minutes, reduce heat to 375°(F) and continue roasting for about 30 to 45 minutes or until meat is done.
6. Remove from oven and tent meat roast loosely with a piece of foil for five to ten minutes before serving.
