Lemon Chicken Garlic Butter Sauce

A easy tasty meal you will enjoy. Serve with your favorite side.

Ingredients:

4 Omega-3 Chicken Breasts
Garlic Butter Sauce (scampi):
6 Tbsp. Salted Grass-Fed Butter
5 Cloves Garlic, Minced
2 Tbsp. freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
Dash Tabasco Sauce
Kosher Salt, to taste
¼ c Coarsely Chopped Parsley
1 Tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes (optional for epicenter touch)

Chicken

1. Place chicken between two sheets of heavy-duty plastic wrap and flatten to half-inch thickness.
2. Combine egg, salt, and pepper. Dip each piece of chicken in egg mixture, and dredge in wheat germ flour mixture.
3. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add chicken; cook three minutes on each side or until done.
5. Remove chicken, and keep warm.

Garlic Butter Sauce (scampi)

1. Melt six tablespoons salted butter in the same saucepan over medium heat.
2. When the butter is completely melted add five cloves garlic (minced) and continue cooking for two minutes.
3. Stir in two tablespoons freshly lemon juice, dash of Tabasco sauce, and kosher salt to taste. Heat through. Stir in the fresh parsley.

Serve over chicken with spaghetti squash, cauliflower rice or zucchini spirals.
