Very tasty and enjoyable Grass-Fed Lamb Chops the entire family will enjoy.
Ingredients:
6 Grass-Fed Lamb Chops
2 garlic cloves minced
4 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. Omega-3 Chicken stock
¼ tsp Macadamia nut oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Season the lamb chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
2. Lightly sear the lamb chops on both sides in a hot skillet with macadamia nut oil over medium-high heat.
3. Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and set aside.
4. Add the fresh minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
5. Lower the heat to low.
6. Add the honey, soy sauce, macadamia nut oil, and chicken stock.
7. Let the sauce come up to a rapid boil and then add the lamb chops.
8. Cook the lamb chops to your desired internal temperature—rare is best.
I served the Lamb Chops with Cheesy Green Beans and Volcano Sweet Potatoes.
