Our government is about as corrupt as they come. But it’s not 100% corrupt to the core. There are some members of Congress and the Judiciary who are respectable people with integrity and common sense. One of them is Senator Rand Paul. Senator Paul is definitely his own man and, like his libertarian father, a medical doctor. He’s most famous for calling fraudulent huckster Anthony Fauci on the carpet and exposing his lies from nearly very first days of the COVID pandemic.

In his fight for integrity and justice, Dr. Rand Paul was recently the lead in a Letter to AG Garland “Condemning Evisceration of American Judicial Process, Conviction of President Trump.” It’s well thought out and every American should understand its implications. Our nation was founded on laws that were designed to preserve the God-given freedom and inalienable rights of its citizens. It was considered to be a great experiment at first. The result was the most successful nation the world has ever experienced. If the rule of law (Constitution and Bill of Rights) is discarded and replaced with an anything-goes, government-dictated legal system, the America we once knew will never exist again. Here’s Senator Rand’s letter.

This past week, I led 28 Senate Republicans in sending a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland condemning the evisceration of the American judicial process and the conviction of former President Donald Trump in Manhattan.

As we wrote in the letter, in their zeal to imprison Donald Trump, Democrat prosecutors successfully dissolved the constitutional protections afforded to defendants and the barriers that protect every American from the abuses of arbitrary rule.

Among the casualties of this case are the concepts of due process, hitherto guaranteed to Americans by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, as well as the Sixth Amendment right to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation. Due process requires that a defendant be given notice, the opportunity to be heard, and a neutral decision-maker. Even if we disregard Judge Juan Merchan’s financial contributions to Democratic candidates and causes, the prosecutors were permitted to convert alleged time-lapsed business records misdemeanors into felonies because the records violations were supposedly in furtherance of a second crime. Yet, even after the jury rendered its verdict, we do not know what constitutes that specific second crime.

ImageDue process cannot exist when the defendant is accused of a secret crime. No American—not even a President—can defend himself fairly in a court of law if he is deprived of his Sixth Amendment right to know what crime he is alleged to have committed.

The Biden Administration is complicit in the destruction of due process of law. The elusive crimes for which Donald Trump has neither been charged with nor convicted of could include Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA) violations. Alvin Bragg, a New York State prosecutor, has no jurisdiction to enforce federal election law and the federal government would never tolerate a state prosecutor infringing upon its FECA jurisdiction—unless the defendant is Donald Trump. Rather than call out prosecutors for carrying out the political persecution of Donald Trump, President Biden defended the case.

We condemn this show trial, not just because it marks the attempt to imprison a leader of the loyal opposition, but because it threatens the existence of due process of law, without which a constitutional republic dedicated to the protection of individual liberty is not possible.

12 More Years

Unless the Constitution and Bill of Rights remain untouched as our nation’s linchpins, our country is finished as a world power. When the wheels come off a cart, it self destructs as it grinds to a halt. And right now our nation’s wheels are wobbling as our laws are being ignored by evil leadership. Amazingly, around 50% of the citizens don’t see it. They are either too ignorant, too stupid, too lazy, don’t want to be involved, or are leaches attached to a decaying carcass.

The Obama-controlled Biden government is on a path of deliberate self-destruction of our country. I think it’s part of the One World Order plan. Obama is purposefully running a mentally-impaired man for president and everyone around them is acting like the totally corrupt Biden is an honest, intelligent, capable leader. The MSM and Democrats are saying all the videos of a frozen, confused, asleep, mumbling, Pope-nuzzling Biden are Republican Party video scams. We are literally being told not to believe what we see.1 2

Since laws mean nothing and winning means everything, the idea that Trump may win is why the Democrats are keeping Trump embroiled in legal battles while they tell voters a criminally indicted Trump will destroy their freedoms if elected. Consequently, the Democrats are setting the stage to make their party look heroic if they stop Trump in order to save democracy—no matter the cost.

If the polls continue to show a strong Trump lead as the “voting month” draws near, I think it’s possible the Democrats may use the Ukraine conflict as an excuse to postpone or skip the election. If they ramp up the war into a major NATO conflict in the next few months, then in order to save our democracy they will fight to postpone the election.

Impossible you say? Well, if Democrats can publicly deny a former president the “Fifth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendment” rights they have absolutely no compunction for postponing an election or killing off a few million more combatants in Ukraine—even if some are American troops.

What’s the goal? It could be 12 more years where Obama holds onto power by remotely controlling the president. Soon after Biden is reelected or sworn in as president, Obama can retire him and V.P. Kamala Harris becomes his puppet president for 12 years! That’s one Biden term and two terms of her own. Since she is incapable of thinking on her own she will serve Obama as he fantasied several years ago on “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” in November 2020.

“If I could make an arrangement where I had a stand-in, a frontman or frontwoman, and they had an earpiece in, and I was just in my basement in my sweats, looking through the stuff, then deliver the lines, but somebody else was doing all the talking—I’d be fine with that.”

“Because I found the work fascinating. Even on my worst days, I found puzzling out these big, complicated, difficult issues—especially if you’re working with some great people—to be professionally, really satisfying. But I do not miss having to wear a tie every day.”

Obama has the MSM backing him to the hilt on whatever he wants. That’s why about 50% of the voters and possibly even more nonvoters want Obama’s man to win. They want more government, free handouts, DEI, free tuition, tax the rich, more days off, higher minimum wages, free sex changes, a living Constitution, no guns, censored speech, abortion on demand, transgender men competing in women’s sports, no Trump, defunded police, and more.

My speculative commentary may be way off the mark. But recently a George Orwell quote from “1984" has been making the rounds. It was published on June 8, 1949.

“The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”
