A great marinade that the family will enjoy on the grill or on the stove top.
Ingredients:
4 bone-in or boneless Omega-3 Pork Chops
1 Tbsp. oil
⅓ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves minced
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Place Marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag. Massage to combine.
2. Add chops. Massage to coat in the marinade. Marinate for six to 24 hours.
3. Take the chops out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Keep the marinade in bag.
4. Brush grill or drizzle oil in a pan, heat on medium high. Add pork chops and cook for four minutes or until the pork releases from the grill, then flip the chops and cook for three minutes.
5. Baste both sides with residual marinade from the ziplock bag, then cook the basted side for 30 seconds before serving.
6. Transfer chops to a plate, cover loosely with foil. Rest for three minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite vegetables.
Enjoy
