Column #466        August 2, 2024Nutrition Impacts Facial Development

An astounding number of young American mothers just don’t get it. Their kids are emotional messes. They are beyond spoiled. Melt downs are commonplace. Being on drugs is the norm. The children aren’t raised with the Ten Commandments in mind. Children are taught to be ashamed of their country. Debauchery, DEI, and victimhood are taught in the schools along with the idea that the government is their nanny.

But it doesn’t stop there. What many American mothers feed their children is appalling. Alarmingly, often the children decide what they eat—not the mothers. Going out for fast food is a norm rather than an exception. And what does the mother believe? She’s all in on fruit and veggies because meat is bad for people and the planet. And that means kids eat mostly nutritionally deficient fruit—because most fruits are sweet.

Consequently, parents are raising emotional and physical wrecks because they do not teach boundaries or provide proper nutrition for young developing bodies. And what’s really critical are the fastest physically developing periods in their children’s lives—occur when parents are younger. Of course, that’s when they need meat most of all!1

The attached image was provided by Kevin Stock, a dentist and nutritional expert. He has looked at a lot of teeth and says their condition explains a lot about what people eat. Alarmingly, he says way too many youngsters show signs of malnutrition. Recently he provided an abbreviation of his “rules of diet.” It’s “Eat real food. Mostly meat. Experiment with what works for you. But not with seed oils. Nor veganism. Question assumptions. Question experts, authorities, studies, and media. Keep learning. Think for yourself.”2

Dr. Stock publishes a short newsletter every Saturday with nutritional gems that work for optimizing performance both mental and physical. It’s aptly named “Saturday 7” because it goes out at 7:00 AM CDT. It’s free and I highly recommend it. If you know of some young mothers that need nutritional guidance, add them to his mailing list.3

For sure, all of us know of mothers and fathers who understand that children require strict boundaries in all aspects of their development. These parents make sure their children are exposed to the best in what our society has to offer. And the result is their children mature into responsible adults that advance our country to the next level. But they seem to be in a minority!

But are they? Or are the more responsible people also so involved with family matters that they ignore the big picture that’s distorting the underpinnings of our great country? Are they so polite that they refuse to speak their mind and, in so doing, allow the screeching mob of useful idiots to rule the roost?

We’ll soon see this November when the choice for president is decided. Are we going to vote for solutions that will improve our entire country or will we be focusing on body parts and skin color when making our decisions?

To your health.
