This is a very tasty breakfast that everyone will enjoy. You can add almost anything to these “muffins” and they will be incredible.
Ingredients:
1 large egg per muffin tinSalt and pepperT-Coons SeasoningYour favorite Grass-Fed Raw-Milk shredded cheeseAny Grass-Fed/Omega-3 Breakfast Sausage: either patties or ground: cooked
Optional Ingredients:
Finely chopped onion, (red or white)Fresh Spinach, roughly choppedCherry Tomatoes, halvedShredded Grass-Fed Mozzarella CheeseCooked Omega-3 bacon, choppedCooked Omega-3 ham dicedSliced MushroomsRed Bell Pepper dicedRed pepper flakes for heat

8 Christopher or Omega-3 eggs, beaten
Kosher sea salt
1 Tbs. Hawaii's Gold Macadamia Oil
Freshly ground pepper to taste
1 large onion, diced
1 small red pepper, diced (optional)
1 lb. beef or pork bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. SwissLand mozzarella grass-fed cheese, diced
2 Tbs. basil leaves, chopped
1 Tbs. Capers (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. In large mixing bowl, add all ingredients to the beaten eggs. Warm 1 Tbs. Hawaii's Gold macadamia oil over medium heat in a 10" oveproof nonstick skillet (or more oil in a cast iron skillet).
