2 lb Grass-Fed Beef Flat Iron or Flank Steak—cut each steak in half2 Tbsp. Macadamia Nut Oil3 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped1 large Sweet Onions, diced small2 c Mushrooms, thinly sliced½ Tbsp. Kosher Salt½ Tbsp. Ground Black Pepper1 Tbsp. T-Coons Seasoning4 oz Baby Spinach, chopped8 slices Provolone Cheese
