A very tasty bacon chicken wrap appetizer with a nice spicy kick.
Ingredients:
3 to 4 large Omega-3 Chicken BreastsKosher saltBlack pepper8 to 12 slices Omega-3 Pork Bacon¾ cup cheddar cheese shredded¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese1-2 jalapeño seeded and diced½ tsp kosher salt¼ tsp garlic powder½ tsp paprika2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt no sugar 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken breast into two pieces and pound them thin. 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides (optional: T-Coons seasoning or cayenne for added heat).3. Remove the seeds and ribs rom the jalapeno and dice it (use two jalapeno peppers if you like more heat).
A delicious party appetizer your guests will enjoy.
Ingredients:
6 to 12 strips thick Omega-3 Pork Bacon9 jalapenos: medium or large8 oz cream cheese, room temperature½ cup shredded Grass-Fed Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar 2 tsp paprika
Instructions:
1. Mix together cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and paprika. 2. Remove stems from jalapenos. Cut each jalapeno in half and remove seeds and membranes. Stuff the cavity of each jalapeno with the cream cheese mixture. Fit the jalapeno halves back together.3. Wrap one slice of bacon around each jalapeno, securing with a toothpick. Place o air fryer tray.

Broth FondueIngredients:3½ cups Grass-Fed or Omega-3 beef/chicken/pork/turkey stock½ cup dry red wine½ cup sliced white mushrooms1 tablespoon garlic, minced2 green onions, sliced
Directions:1. Heat stock in a fondue pot until it begins to simmer.2. Add all other ingredients, bringing it up to simmer.3. Place individual pieces of desired meat or veggies on fondue fork and put in the pot until correct temperature (doneness) has been reached.

When entertaining, it is sometimes necessary to bend the rules from what we normally eat on a day-to-day basis, but we always refrain from added sugars and try to create a healthy yet tasty dish. With that in mind, here is a dip recipe that uses cream cheese and Greek yogurt. You may even be able to substitute other products for those diary ingredients.
Ingredients:
2 large sweet onions, peeled and cut into chunks
1 head garlic
2 T. Garlic Isle Macadamia nut oil
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Place onion chunks in bowl and drizzle with macadamia nut oil,turning onion to coat each chunk.

Ingredients:
1 lb. Slanker summer sausage, cut into 1/4" rounds then cut each round into 4 pieces (cut each round slice in half two times)
1/2 lb. Habanero cheese, sliced thinly and cut into small pieces to fit on top of the summer sausage pieces
Decorative toothpicks
Instructions:
Place a small piece of cheese on top of each piece of summer sausage and push a decorative toothpick throuh the cheese and sausage to hold them together.

1 lb. Slanker's grass-fed ground beef

1 Omega-3 pastured or Christopher egg, raw
6 Omega-3 pastured or Christopher eggs, hard boiled and each cut into eighths
1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
T-Coon's "The Stuff!" or salt and pepper to taste

Thoroughly mix all ingedients except for the hard boiled eggs.
